Founded in 1952 by Luigi and Piero Aresca, Aresca is a third-generation family winery in Mombercelli, within the UNESCO-recognized Langhe-Roero and Monferrato landscape of Piedmont. The estate farms its vineyards with spontaneous grass cover, minimal treatments and hand harvesting, aiming to make wines that respect their origin. Its range focuses on indigenous Piedmont varieties, including Barbera, Nebbiolo and Grignolino, with Barbera a particular specialty of the Asti Monferrato. Alongside traditional wines such as Barbera d’Asti Superiore, Barolo, Grignolino d’Asti and Gavi DOCG, Aresca produces sparkling, rosé, sweet and fortified styles, combining a traditional family identity with modern facilities and an openness to innovation.
