Vigneti Vallorani

Italy

Vigneti Vallorani is a family-owned estate in Offida, Marche, with more than a century of history and four generations devoted to the vineyards. Its 8 hectares lie on sunny, ventilated hills between the Sibillini Mountains and the Adriatic, where native varieties including Pecorino, Passerina, Montepulciano and Sangiovese grow in clay-rich, well-draining soils. Certified organic since 2005, the estate protects biodiversity with spontaneous vegetation, uses compost and vineyard by-products, and harvests by hand. Winemaking is traditional and low-intervention, with spontaneous fermentations, no synthetic or animal-derived additives, and ageing on fine lees in steel, wood or amphora. Renewable energy, water recycling and an underground cellar further support its environmentally conscious approach. The wines follow historic Piceno appellations and express the family’s close, hands-on connection to the territory.
