GARDA DOC

Valdo is a family-owned winery in Veneto’s Conegliano Valdobbiadene hills, run by the Bolla family for four generations. With a long Prosecco tradition, it focuses on Prosecco Superiore DOCG from Valdobbiadene and Cartizze, alongside other sparkling wines made using the Charmat-Martinotti method, including an extended Charmat-Lungo secondary fermentation for selected wines. The winery controls the process from vineyard to bottle and has practiced organic farming since 1974, with Demeter biodynamic certification and broader environmental and social sustainability initiatives. Its approach includes organic sparkling wines, FSC-certified packaging, tree planting, and circular-economy capsule technology. Valdo is also recognized as an Italian Historical Trademark.
