Terra Sancta is a boutique winery in Central Otago, founded in 2011 by New Zealanders Mark Weldon and Sarah Eliott after their time living in Manhattan. Its estate vineyards include vines planted as early as 1991, bringing age and maturity to many blocks. Head winemaker Jen Parr has led the cellar since 2007, bringing extensive vintage experience to the wines. The producer’s scale and sustainability practices are not reported.
