Saladini Pilastri is a family-owned estate in Marche’s Rosso Piceno zone, centered near Spinetoli and extending across the limestone hills of Monteprandone and Porto d’Ascoli, close to the Adriatic Sea. With roots reaching back to the year 1000 and viticulture established for around three centuries, the estate combines its historic setting, including a 15th-century farmhouse winery, with modern cellar technology. It has followed low-impact organic farming since 1994 and has been certified organic since the 1990s, avoiding synthetic fertilizers and pesticides while supporting soil fertility and biodiversity. Count Saladini Pilastri oversees the estate, with winemaking led by Tuscan enologist Alberto Antonini. The range includes organic Offida Pecorino and Rosso Piceno, alongside extra-virgin olive oil.
