Family-owned Palagetto is a Niccolai estate in San Gimignano, Tuscany, founded by Luano Niccolai and now guided by the family’s younger generations. Its vineyards and olive groves surround a modern winery, producing wines including Vernaccia di San Gimignano, Sangiovese and international varieties, alongside estate olive oil. Palagetto combines contemporary cellar technology with a strong connection to local agricultural traditions and a philosophy of “good living,” expressed through its wines, hospitality and agriturismo experiences. The estate has held organic certification since the 2018 harvest and vegan certification since 2015; it has since moved toward sustainable integrated agriculture. Its wines have received various awards and recognitions.
