Producer

Maison Boutinot

France

Maison Boutinot is a recently launched collaborative label based at Boutinot France’s Beaujolais office, sourcing grapes from growers across France rather than owning vineyards or a domaine. Its intentionally tiny production focuses on limited-run cuvées, including Côtes de Thau Blanc. Sustainability is central, with many wines carrying HVE Level 3 certification, a history of organic certification, and participation in the Sustainable Wine Roundtable’s Bottle Weight Accord. Winemaking is led by Eric Monnin and Guillaume Letang alongside master blender Samantha Bailey, combining a boutique approach with carefully selected fruit from partner growers.
