Le Clos des Grives is a family estate in the Jura, founded in 1962 by Gaston Charbonnier and later continued by Claude Charbonnier. Based in the AOC Côtes du Jura, it grows and vinifies all five classic Jura grapes: Chardonnay, Savagnin, Pinot Noir, Poulsard, and Trousseau. The domaine is certified organic by Ecocert under EU regulation 2018/848 and describes a long commitment to organic soil work, reduced copper and sulfur use, and respect for biological and ecological balance. Farming includes manual harvests, with a stated philosophy of preserving the land for future generations.
