La Lisse is a small-scale producer in France’s Languedoc-Roussillon, with vineyards on cool, steep hillside slopes of clay and limestone at the foothills of the Pyrenees. The estate practices sustainable viticulture and holds French HVE Level 3 certification. Its Soie d’Ivoire Chenin Blanc 2025 is released in an exceptionally limited batch, bottled under screw cap, and presented as vegetarian, vegan and sustainable.
