Fontaine Goby is made by Domaine Goby, a family-run estate in Chablis founded by former accountants rather than a traditional Chablis family. The estate farms organically and biodynamically, with a sustainable approach focused on natural, low-sulphur wines. Its range includes classic Petit Chablis and richer Bourgogne Blanc, alongside more experimental cuvées fermented in amphorae. This combination of non-traditional origins, careful farming, and exploratory winemaking gives the estate an individual character within Burgundy.
