Crémant de Bourgogne

Domaine Dominique Piron is a multi-generation, family-owned estate in Beaujolais, Burgundy, working vineyards across several crus. Its approach emphasizes natural and organic-leaning farming, biodiversity and sustainable viticulture, without cited formal certifications. Since 2013, Dominique Piron has partnered with native winemaker Julien Revillon, who co-owns and manages the négociant side, while Piron remains principal winemaker and oversees the estate from vineyard management through marketing. The wines are produced on a boutique scale, with a significant share exported in case packs and smaller formats.
