Domaine Sylvaine & Alain Normand is a family-run estate in Burgundy’s Mâconnais, owned and operated by Alain and Sylvaine Normand, with their son Thomas joining the winemaking team in 2023. The domaine has practiced organic viticulture since 2021 and received Ecocert France certification in 2024. Its sustainable approach includes avoiding herbicides, encouraging biodiversity, using native-yeast spontaneous fermentations, and ageing wines on their lees. Working across several appellations, the family produces wines shaped by hands-on ownership and a low-intervention cellar philosophy.
