Domaine Régis Minet

France

Domaine Régis Minet is a family-owned estate in Pouilly-sur-Loire, in the heart of the Pouilly-Fumé appellation, with a history dating to the 17th century. Since 2021, it has been led by Lucia Mineur-Billet, the first woman to head the domaine, who continues the family legacy while bringing her own perspective. The vineyards are planted exclusively to Sauvignon Blanc across diverse Kimmeridgian marls, white limestone soils and caillottes, and are farmed with cover crops and biodiversity-respecting practices under HVE3 certification. Lucia vinifies each parcel separately, following a “one tank, one parcel” approach. Gentle pressing, temperature-controlled stainless-steel fermentation, no malolactic fermentation and extended lees ageing preserve freshness, finesse and the individual identity of each Pouilly-Fumé terroir.
