Domaine Pouderoux

France

Domaine Pouderoux is a six-generation family estate in the Maury appellation of Languedoc-Roussillon. The domaine has farmed organically since 2011 and received biodynamic certification in 2021, with a strong focus on soil health and biodiversity through habitats for insects, birds, bats and native plants. Viticulture is low-yield and attentive to the wider ecosystem. Winemaking is led by Louise Tanguy and Léo Hemmer Bury, although Robert Pouderoux, the founder’s grandson, is also cited as the current owner-operator. The estate’s approach reflects a family-rooted, environmentally conscious commitment to Maury.
