Domaine Pierre Ravaut is a family-run estate in Ladoix-Serrigny, on the Côte de Beaune at the foot of the Corton hillside. Pierre Ravaut, a sixth-generation vigneron, runs the domaine with Anne-Sophie, overseeing the work from vine to wine. The estate farms its vineyards using reasoned pest control, regular ploughing and soil work, with manual harvesting, selective sorting and traditional vinification. Whites are raised in oak for around 11–12 months, while reds typically spend 18–24 months in French oak. The domaine produces both red and white Burgundy, including wines from the Corton hill, with a style described as accessible, fruit-driven and gourmet; recent whites show freshness and purity, while reds are aromatic with fine tannins. Its wines have received medals at the Concours Général Agricole.
