2022 · Saint-Veran La Boisserole

Founded in 2015 by former Parisian sommelier Nicolas Delfaud, this independent Burgundy estate is based on the hills above Verzé, with additional Saint-Véran parcels acquired in 2018. Delfaud is the sole owner and personally oversees both organic vineyard management and cellar work. The estate has been AB ECOCERT certified since the 2019 vintage, reflecting a committed, hands-on approach from vineyard to wine.
