Domaine des 4 Vents is a human-scale estate on the Puisseguin plateau in Bordeaux, farmed since 2020 under a lease with Terre de Liens and certified organic from the 2022 vintage. Sisters Lucie Fourel and Nancy Cellier run the domaine and make its wines, working with Merlot and Cabernet Franc planted on clay-limestone soils. Their biodiversity-focused farming includes limited tillage, considered mowing, winter sheep grazing, hedges, fruit trees, beehives, and nesting boxes. The wines are made without additives, following a low-intervention approach intended to express the terroir and respect the environment.
