Domaine de la Tour Penet is a small, family-run Burgundy estate founded in 2014 by Anne Ramonet, with her daughters Anne Francois and Clarisse assisting. The estate farms limestone-rich vineyards organically and with minimal intervention, including old vines over 80 years old, seeking to express the mineral character of the terroir. Winemaking relies on native yeasts, stainless steel and used oak for limited oak influence, with barrel vinification reserved for the Vieilles Vignes cuvée. Production is small-scale and estate-focused.
