Producer

Domaine Berlancourt

France

Founded in 2008 in Meursault, Domaine Berlancourt is a family-run Burgundy domaine operated by winemaker Adrien Berlancourt and his father, Pierre, who is co-owner and sommelier. The estate farms organically without certification, with all vineyard work carried out by hand and very low yields. Its limited production comprises four Bourgogne Blanc cuvées. In the cellar, the domaine uses indigenous yeasts, low sulfur additions and no lees stirring. The wines ferment and age in new oak, spending 18–20 months on oak before bottling, reflecting a hands-on approach and a distinctive, carefully managed style.
