Château Cambon la Pelouse is a Haut-Médoc estate in Bordeaux, owned by Treasury Wine Estates since 2019 after many years under Annick and Jean-Pierre Marie. The vineyard has followed sustainable and organic practices since 2009, using a culture raisonnee approach with hand work in the vines, and an effluent-treatment plant installed in 2001. It also holds HVE 3 and AREA certification, with organic certification underway from 2021. Planted mainly to Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, the estate is led by winemaker Olivier Pascaud, with vineyard work overseen by Guillaume Levasseur and consulting input from Claude Gros and Hubert de Bouard. The style combines longstanding vineyard stewardship with a clear focus on modern sustainability.
