Italy

Camporeale is a family-run estate in the classic zone of Valpolicella, based in Arbizzano di Negrar and shaped by the Lavarini family’s long farming tradition. Mario Lavarini draws on knowledge passed down through generations, working with Luca and a small production team to combine traditional methods with modern renewal. The estate uses exclusively estate-grown grapes and farms organically, without herbicides, using under-row tillage, grassing between rows and manual harvesting. Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and other local varieties are cultivated in the distinct areas of Marano and Negrar, while selected grapes for Amarone, Recioto and other wines are dried in controlled conditions. The winery follows production from vineyard creation through bottling, producing wines intended to express the character of Valpolicella.
