Oloroso Micaela

Bodegas Barón is a historic family-owned Sherry producer in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, with roots dating to the 17th century and more than 300 years of continuous history. The winery is particularly associated with Manzanilla and other wines matured under flor, alongside Finos, Amontillados, Olorosos, Palo Cortado, sweet wines and regional whites and reds. Its cellars preserve long-lived soleras, including the exceptionally old Don Anselmo Paz system, while vineyards on albariza soils provide traceability from grape to bottle. The family combines traditional artisanal cellar work with modern presentation, innovation and international focus. Its ranges include accessible Micaela wines, the Sanlúcar-inspired Soluqua collection and Xixarito, named for the grandfather whose passion revived the winery in 1984.
