Blue Pyrenees is an estate-grown, cool-climate winery in Victoria, managing the full process from vineyard to bottle on site for quality control. Founded in 1963 by the French house Rémy Martin, it is now wholly Australian owned. The winery produces estate-grown red and white wines alongside traditional méthode traditionnelle sparkling wines. Chief Winemaker Andrew Koerner, who joined in 2004 with a BSc in Applied Science (Oenology), oversees all winemaking.
