Bedoba is a Kakheti producer founded through the meeting of Swiss wine entrepreneur Thierry Fontannaz and veteran Georgian winemaker Nugzar Ksovreli. Rooted in Georgia’s ancient winemaking heritage, the winery works with traditional qvevri amphorae and seeks to preserve the character of local grape varieties and their fertile landscapes. Sustainable practices are central to its approach, reflecting a commitment to honoring the land while keeping Georgian traditions alive.
