Antica Enotria

Italy

Antica Enotria is a family-run organic estate in Cerignola, Puglia, operated by the Di Tuccio family at the historic Masseria Contessa Staffa, a 1700s farmhouse. Organic farming has been central to the estate since 1993, with certified organic viticulture and a broader focus on sustainable, low-impact agriculture. The vineyards and fields stretch from inland toward the sea, with sun, wind and calcareous soils shaping fresh, savory wines. The winery focuses on traditional Puglian varieties, including Fiano and Nero di Troia, and follows a restrained approach in the cellar, using few sulfites, no chemical additives, and careful élevage to respect natural maturation.
