Vincent Grall Vigneron is a very small, family-run estate in Sancerre, owned and operated by Vincent and Adelaide Grall. Vincent, from a Sancerre winegrowing family, spent ten years learning with his uncles before devoting himself to his own domaine in 2000. The estate farms organically, with organic fertilisation, reduced and slow phytosanitary treatments, mechanical tillage, and natural grass and trees around the vines; it also holds HVE certification. Grapes are hand-harvested and micro-vinified in small tanks and barrels to express individual soils and vintages. Production focuses on Sauvignon Blanc, with a small Pinot Noir component for rosé. Vincent and Adelaide also manage sales, export, tastings, wine tourism, and accommodation.
