Ulysses Vineyard is an Oakville, Napa Valley estate acquired by Christian Moueix in 2008 from a historic benchland site once part of the Charles Hopper Ranch. The project is family-owned, with Edouard Moueix taking an active management role and Guillaume Eicholz overseeing vineyard work. Dry-farmed and certified organic by CCOF in 2021, the estate emphasizes low-intervention, biodiversity-minded viticulture and close daily observation in the vines. First released in 2012, Ulysses is focused on a single Cabernet Sauvignon-based wine made in a minimalist, terroir-driven style, with purity, structure, and aging potential central to its character.
