Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut

Founded in 2007 by Monica Ganz and Gabriele Gregolo, Terre di San Venanzio Fortunato is based in Valdobbiadene, in a family space formerly used for woodworking near the Cartizze cru. The winery produces sparkling wines from Valdobbiadene DOCG, Asolo DOCG and Prosecco DOC Treviso, including Brut, Extra Dry, Millesimato and Superiore di Cartizze. Its approach combines respect for tradition with modern, minimally invasive techniques: carefully selected local grapes, gentle pressing, strict temperature control, natural clarification through decantation and extended racking, and no clarifying agents. Farming is conventional, with no organic, biodynamic or sustainability certifications reported. Luca Antiga is the winemaker.
