Tenute Chiaromonte is a family-run estate in Puglia, based around Acquaviva delle Fonti and owned and managed by Nicola Chiaromonte with partner Paolo Montanaro. Nicola, a family descendant, also serves as principal winemaker, guiding a low-yield, quality-focused approach. The estate farms vineyards and olive groves using organic methods, with old Primitivo vines among its holdings. Its wines are presented as an expression of Pugliese perfumes and traditions, while ongoing investment in a modern winery and guest rooms shows a producer balancing regional identity with continued development.
