Founded in 2008, Siddùra is a partnership winery in Gallura, Sardinia, focused on producing wines that express the character of the island. Its vineyards lie on granite soils in a windswept valley between the sea and Mediterranean scrub, with marked diurnal temperature variation that supports freshness and minerality. The estate practices sustainable viticulture, including hand-harvesting and careful grape selection, and follows the SQNPI integrated-production certification scheme. Siddùra combines traditional methods with modern technology, selective harvesting and micro-winemaking in French oak. Its stated philosophy centers on respect for natural cycles, quality and harmony. The winery’s first wine, MAÌA, is presented as an expression of Vermentino di Gallura and has received 121 international awards.
