Founded in 2013, Samsara is a boutique winery in Priorat built around a partnership between the Vives family, winemaker Eva Escudé, and the Coca i Fitó group. Escudé leads the winemaking with support from Toni Coca, focusing on low-intervention wines from organically farmed, steep-slope vineyards. Grapes are harvested by hand, and the winery holds vegan certification. Its sustainability efforts emphasize vine health, biodiversity, and the use of natural corks to reduce waste.
