Poderi Fiorini is a family-run winery in Savignano sul Panaro, Modena, with roots dating to 1919 and a longstanding tradition of Lambrusco production. Its certified-organic vineyards are hand-worked and manually harvested, with farming focused on soil health, biodiversity, and reduced environmental impact. The estate includes contrasting sites, from sandy and clay-rich plains for Lambrusco di Sorbara to the silty, clay soils of Torre dei Nanni, where Grasparossa and Colli Bolognesi wines are produced. Lambrusco remains central, alongside Pignoletto, Barbera, Cabernet Sauvignon, and other regional varieties. Modern cellar equipment, including gravity-fed handling, supports both sparkling and still wines while respecting the family’s traditional identity.
