Mollydooker is a family-owned South Australian winery founded by Sarah and Sparky Marquis, with vineyards in McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek. Sarah Marquis is the owner and chief winemaker, and the business remains under family ownership, with the next generation also involved. The winery focuses on bold yet elegant, juicy, fruit-forward wines, particularly Shiraz, combining science, innovation and detailed craftsmanship. Its proprietary Marquis Vineyard Watering Program and Marquis Fruit Weight system are used to support fruit quality and intensity. Vineyards are marketed as Sustainably Grown, and the wines as Vegan Friendly. Mollydooker also supports social and environmental causes through its Sip It Forward charitable program, including initiatives in Cambodia, the United States and South Australia.
