Mirabello is a Veneto-based brand produced by Adria Vini, a winemaking venture founded in 2003 and jointly owned by UK importer Boutinot and the Araldica Castelvero cooperative. The range focuses on authentic, well-priced still and sparkling wines made from local Italian varieties, with grapes sourced from mature hillside vineyards in Pavia and other Italian regions. Winemaking is led by Claudio Manera and Lella Burdese of Araldica, with assistance from Tony Brown MW of Boutinot.
