Mas Janeil

France

Mas Janeil is a Languedoc estate in the Agly Valley, with sources placing it around Maury and Tautavel. Since 2009 it has been part of the Domaines François Lurton portfolio. The estate is farmed with a sustainable approach, avoiding pesticides and chemicals, and is in conversion toward organic certification. Notes also mention natural winemaking techniques. François Lurton is associated with the Maury wines, while Laurent Dalzovo oversees the Les Hauts de Janeil selections, including wines made from estate fruit and, for that label, grapes from neighboring vineyards. The range includes Maury and a second wine from mature vines.
