Lou Parais cultivates grapes on very dry, high-altitude slopes in the rugged Alpes de Haute-Provence, with vineyard management focused on environmental sustainability. Its straightforward winemaking philosophy aims to express the local terroir and the typicity of the IGP. The 2023 rosé blends Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault, showing a pale pink colour, floral muscat-like aromas, fresh red-fruit flavours and savoury acidity.
