La Bollina is a historic estate in Serravalle Scrivia, in Piedmont’s Alto Monferrato and the Gavi DOCG area. Its vineyards include white varieties grown on marly-clay soils around the winery, with southwest exposures, and red varieties on predominantly southern-facing red soils near Novi Ligure. The estate focuses on Cortese, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Barbera and Nebbiolo, producing modern, well-balanced wines rooted in the territory. Vineyard management follows integrated production practices under SQNPI, including controlled under-row grassing, while the winery emphasizes environmental stewardship, advanced agronomic methods and annual sustainability reporting. Wines are made under the direction of oenologist Andrea Bernardini. The historic property also includes hospitality and golf facilities.
