Fontanet is a family-run Languedoc-Roussillon brand producing wines through a cooperative in Saint-Saturnin, just west of Montpeyroux. Its grapes come from local vineyards on south-facing Cévennes slopes, where very rocky clay-limestone soils and dry summers naturally limit yields. The wines combine modern, value-driven winemaking—including Australian techniques—with an expression of French terroir, resulting in delicious, high-value bottlings.
