Domaine Jean Collet et Fils

France

Domaine Jean Collet & Fils is a family-run Chablis estate in Burgundy, rooted in 1932 and now owned and operated by Dominique Collet, descendant of founder Jean Collet. The domaine practices “reasoned agriculture,” avoiding polluting herbicides and using mechanical soil cultivation, without formal organic or biodynamic certification. Winemaking is led by Dominique, with pneumatic pressing, cold static settling, spontaneous fermentation, and 9–10 months of aging in stainless steel. The resulting wines reflect a traditional, hands-off approach focused on expressing the estate’s vineyards.
