Domaine François et Antoine Jobard is a fifth-generation, family-owned Burgundy estate based primarily in Meursault, with holdings also in Puligny-Lozère and Saint-Aubin. Antoine Jobard took over from his father François in 2006. The domaine focuses exclusively on white Burgundies, working mainly with Chardonnay from limestone soils and using restrained new oak—around 15%—to preserve the wines’ character. Its production is centered on estate vineyards, complemented by purchased must for Meursault “Perrières.”
