Domaine du Gros Noré

France

Domaine du Gros Noré is a family-run estate in La Cadière d’Azur, Provence, founded in 1997 by Alain Pascal. Owned and led by Pascal, with help from his brother Guy, the domaine farms clay and limestone vineyards organically and was pursuing Ecocert organic certification in 2021. Winemaking is described as minimal-intervention and rooted in traditional Bandol methods. The estate is particularly known for Bandol rosé, while also producing red, white, and special cuvées. A former boxer, Alain Pascal remains the central figure as owner and winemaker, giving the domaine a personal, hands-on identity.
