Domaine des Cassagnoles

France

Domaine des Cassagnoles is a family-run estate in Gascony, producing estate-grown and bottled Côtes de Gascogne wines, as well as Armagnac and Floc de Gascogne. The Baumann family has overseen the domaine since 1974, with Laure Baumann managing the estate since 2010 and Gilles leading the winemaking. Certified Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE), the estate follows reasoned farming practices. Its Côtes de Gascogne blend typically centres on Colombard with Ugni Blanc and Gros Manseng, producing floral, crisp, balanced wines with stone-fruit, mineral, green-apple and lime notes. The wine is tank-aged until bottling.
