Domaine Deliance

France

Domaine Deliance is a third-generation family estate in Burgundy's Givry region, founded in 1935 and now run by four siblings. With 18 hectares of vineyards farmed sustainably under Lutte Raisonnée, the domaine focuses on Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Aligoté for both still wines and traditional-method Crémant de Bourgogne. Their philosophy emphasizes a deep connection to the land, hand-harvesting, and meticulous winemaking—aging crémants on lees for at least 18 months, with some cuvées resting up to 7 years. A secret dosage recipe, guarded by Julien Deliance, adds a personal touch to their sparkling wines.
