Da Lozzo Vini is a family-run independent winery in Cimavilla di Codognè, Veneto, where Andrea and Gianni Da Lozzo personally cultivate their vineyards, make the wines, bottle them and oversee their sale. The estate is certified organic and vegan, with a strong focus on soil fertility, biodiversity and responsible water use. Conversion to organic farming began in 2015, followed by certification in 2018; practices include green manure, alternating-row mowing, drip irrigation and targeted treatments guided by weather stations and sensors. Much of the estate lies within the NATURA 2000 ecological network. Morning harvesting preserves grape freshness, while careful, temperature-controlled cellar work supports their white and red wines. Their approach combines traditional vineyard care with technological innovation and renewable energy.
