Château Le Crock

France

Château Le Crock is a family-owned Saint-Estèphe estate, in the hands of the Cuvelier family since 1903, with current management including Sara Lecompte Cuvelier, Didier Cuvelier and Anne Cuvelier. Built in the early 19th century by the Merman family, the château is a regional heritage site. Its vineyards lie across three parcels on deep gravel soils with sand at the surface and clay below, planted to Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. The estate holds HVE3 certification and is transitioning toward organic farming, with natural products and organic trials already in place. Isabelle Davin and Yoann Lavigne oversee winemaking, producing Saint-Estèphe wines noted for their precision, complexity, power and fruit-driven character.
