Château Fuissé is a long-established family domaine in the heart of the Mâconnais in southern Burgundy, owned by the Vincent family since 1862 and now led by Bénédicte and Antoine Vincent. Across five generations, the estate has built its reputation on Chardonnay and on a strong sense of continuity, with Antoine also serving as co-owner and oenologist. Farming is described as thoughtful and adaptive, guided by scientifically validated choices and close attention to each parcel rather than any fixed formula. A defining site is Le Clos, a historic walled climat with clay-limestone soils and old vines, tended with particular care. Since 1985, the Famille Vincent range has extended this work to wines from the Mâconnais, Beaujolais crus, and Crémant de Bourgogne, all made with the same rigor and passion as the château wines.
