Casas del Bosque is a family-owned winery founded in 1993 by Juan Cuneo Solari of the Cuneo family, in Chile’s cool-climate Casablanca Valley. Its vineyards lie 18 km from the Pacific Ocean, where coastal fog, warm days and cool nights shape wines with a particular emphasis on Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir and Syrah, alongside sparkling and late-harvest bottlings. The estate highlights biodiversity, hand-picking and frost protection, and follows a sustainability policy covering environmental, social, tourism and economic responsibilities. Winemaking has involved Felipe Garcia, Grant Phelps and consultant Sam Harrop. The winery also welcomes visitors for tours and tastings and operates several restaurants at the vineyard.
