Cantina Vicentini is a fourth-generation family-owned winery based in Montecchio Maggiore, with vineyards east of Verona between Colognola ai Colli and Cazzano di Tramigna, spanning Soave and Valpolicella areas. Founded in 1929, the family works with native varieties including Garganega, Trebbiano, Corvina, Rondinella and Corvinone, interpreting diverse calcareous, volcanic, rocky and alluvial soils. Agostino Vicentini serves as winemaker. The estate emphasizes low yields, manual vineyard work and minimal-intervention winemaking focused on healthy, high-quality grapes. Herbicides are excluded, while cover crops support natural predators and biodiversity. Its wines reflect a philosophy of environmental respect, experience and careful vineyard management.
