Cantina San Cassiano is a family-run estate in the Mezzane Valley of Valpolicella, founded by Albino Sella and now owned and operated by his grandson, Mirko Sella, who is also the principal winemaker. The estate cultivates vineyards and olive groves, producing Valpolicella wines—including Amarone—and Grignano extra virgin olive oil. Its approach emphasizes artisanal production, respect for the territory, natural winemaking and reduced chemical use, with traditional appassimento drying for selected wines. Set among the vines and olive groves near San Cassiano, the winery offers guided visits and tastings with local cheeses and cured meats.
