Cantina Morone is a small, family-run estate in Campania managed by fourth-generation siblings Giovanni and Eleonora Morone, with winemaking overseen by fifth-generation winemaker Pasquale Morone. Its vineyards, including Monaci and Albanora, lie at 250 metres on limestone-rich clay soils, with 40–50-year-old, low-yielding vines farmed organically. The estate follows regenerative, carbon-negative practices and produces in an artisanal, small-batch style. Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel, followed by eight months of steel aging. Its flagship Monaci Falanghina IGP is produced in very limited quantities.
